Custom Order Policy

FavorForm products are prepared for a specific event or customer request. The customer must review the current quote version and confirm that the product, quantity, shape or theme, scent direction, colors, packaging, dates, and fulfillment details are correct.

Custom mold, setup, artwork preparation, special materials, and packaging upgrades may have separate charges. Reference images and digital previews communicate direction; handmade or small-batch results can have reasonable variation in shape detail, color, scent strength, placement, finish, and packaging.

One pre-production revision is included by default unless the quote states otherwise. Additional revisions or scope changes may require a revised quote, new price, new timeline, and new acceptance. Production begins only after the current quote is accepted, the required deposit is received, and final details are confirmed.

Changes requested after materials are purchased or production begins may not be possible and may add cost or delay. A changed quote supersedes the earlier version and must be accepted again.
