Terms of Service

FavorForm accepts custom-order requests from adults who can enter a binding agreement. Submitting the inquiry form is a request for review, not a purchase or guarantee of availability.

FavorForm reviews the requested product, quantity, design, scent direction, colors, packaging, timing, and fulfillment needs before issuing a written quote. A quote becomes authorized for production only after the customer accepts the current quote version, accepts the referenced policies, pays the required deposit, and confirms final details. Any remaining balance is due according to the accepted quote.

Customers are responsible for having permission to use logos, artwork, names, images, and other references they provide. FavorForm may decline material that it cannot safely or lawfully reproduce. Custom colors, scents, and molded results can vary slightly between batches, screens, and reference images.

FavorForm does not promise automatic pricing, exact color matching, exact scent matching, carrier delivery dates, or production timing that is not included in the accepted written quote. No medical, therapeutic, or baby-use purpose is offered or implied.
