Privacy Policy

FavorForm collects the information a customer provides for an inquiry or order, including contact information, event details, product choices, references, quote responses, fulfillment details, and communications. FavorForm also records limited security and operational information, such as hashed network and browser identifiers, to protect forms and document quote acceptance.

Inquiry and operational records are stored in Supabase. Payments are hosted and processed by Stripe; FavorForm does not collect card details on its website. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Supabase authentication cookies are used only for authorized FavorForm administration.

Authorized FavorForm staff may access customer information to review requests, prepare quotes, produce orders, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. FavorForm does not sell customer personal information.

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for customer service, production history, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type. Customers may ask about their information or request a correction by contacting support@favorform.com. Some records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
