Available fulfillment methods are confirmed in the written quote. Local pickup requires a confirmed location and pickup window. Local delivery availability and cost depend on destination and schedule. Shipping availability, carrier, service level, address, and price are confirmed before quote acceptance.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery or shipping address. Carrier and weather delays can occur after an order leaves FavorForm. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless the written quote expressly says otherwise.

Report visible shipping damage promptly and retain the product, packaging, and shipping label while FavorForm reviews the claim. Lost-package and carrier-damage remedies may depend on carrier investigation and available insurance.

FavorForm sends an order-ready notice for pickup orders. Contact support@favorform.com if the confirmed pickup window cannot be met. Unclaimed orders may require rescheduling or additional storage or delivery arrangements.
